Their walking trails, bird watching, and programs for adults and children will keep you busy 12 months out of the year.  It is such fun wandering their scenic wooded trails as several several bridges span sparking ponds and you can climb the observation tower for exquisite views of nature!  


This Insane Michigan Treehouse was Featured on Animal Planets Treehouse Masters!

Location: 2142 N Genesee Rd, Burton, MI 

For-Mar Nature Preserve determined their new custom built treehouse needed to hold at least 30 kids plus instructors.  Animal Planets Treehouse Masters felt it was very important to be barrier free, allowing even those in wheelchairs to experience the joy of being in the trees.



And so, the crew at Nelson Treehouse and Supply created a beautiful and functional design that took about a month to build.  Now visitors of all ages and abilities have the opportunity to experience a treehouse overlooking beautiful Kearsley Creek. ⠀

The treetop vantage point is an outstanding spot to view wildlife and the beautiful creek below. 


Animal Planets Treehouse Masters

Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters treehouse stands approximately 30 feet above the creek and inside, you will find tools and equipment for educational programming including a projector, binoculars, microscopes and other fun items. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Oh, and since the treehouse was so cool, it was featured on Animal Planet's show, Treehouse Masters!
