Hello!

I always buy my tickets for Shepler's online as I can purchase my ferry tickets, personal bike tickets for the ferry, fort passes and other options online. This saves lots of time and hassle as you can immediately get in line at the ferry and show the QR code on your confirmation email on your phone to the ticket person before boarding. They walk along the ferry line checking for tickets.

Tickets are not day or time specific when you buy them online. You can buy them several days in advance and just show up at the ferry docks. Their schedule is online.
