2. CMU's Bovee University Center

The Student Employment Office is also there.  You can pop in for a quick break and get a coffee too!

CMU's Fabiano Botanical Gardens in Mt. Pleasant: Great Place to Read or Relax

Fun side stop!

Right across the street from the Bovee University Center is Fabiano Botanical Gardens (located to the west of the library).  You absolutely MUST stop and relax under a shade tree or in the beautiful gazebo to enjoy the fountain.

  • Check out the lovely waterfall too!

3. CMU's Park Library in Mt Pleasant Michigan is Spectacular!

Park Library, located on Preston Street in Mount Pleasant Michigan is a sight to behold!  The architecture is just breathtaking and so photogenic! Inside are a couple small galleries, restrooms and the Sarah and Daniel Opperman auditorium.

What's Cool?

Head on up to the second and third floors to see 33 miles of moving bookshelves! It's pretty impressive. These bookshelves are on tracks so they can be easily moved.

There are also 300 student workstations and a student hot spot, a quaint coffee shop.

This is the main hallway connecting the library, Clarke Historical Library, art gallery and Sarah and Daniel Opperman auditorium.

If you are visiting during a hot summer day, stop in to cool off!  You don't need a badge or be a student to enter the library.
